Patricia Guerra

Patricia Guerra is the daughter of economic refugees who migrated and settled in South Central Los Angeles during the rise of the cocaine epidemic. The criminalization of black and brown people has driven her passion for social justice. As a community organizer, she strives to address socio-economic barriers and redistribution of resources to improve the conditions of marginalized communities. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Gender, Ethnicity and Multicultural Studies at California Polytechnic State University of Pomona and is completing a Masters in Social Work at the University of Southern California.
