Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones is a first-generation college graduate, born and raised in Los Angeles by a single mother. Inspired by the loss of both of her parents by age 18, she elected to dedicate the past six years of her professional life to the rehabilitation of children in the foster care and juvenile justice systems, encouraging them to leverage their strength and resilience to realize their dreams and uplift their communities. For the past year, Jennifer has interned at the Advancement Project CA, a multi-racial public policy organization that promotes educational equity for historically marginalized communities of color. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA and a Master of Social Work from USC with an emphasis in Community Organization, Planning, and Administration.
